magic moments :)

Hello everybody! 🙂

Hope you all spent a nice weekend and enjoyed the sun like me! 😉

I spent my last days in Liepaja, in the western part of Latvia. It was a real adventure including super cool people, fire at the beach, lots of nice music, hitchhiking and a lot of more beautiful things! I came back full of energy and positive feelings. I am glad to know so nice people here in Latvia. It feels so connected and home!

I wrote a poem about my feelings on my way back to Tukums and I would like to share it with all of you. 🙂

 

Enjoy the magic in your life.

Realize every single moment.

Forget all of the strifes.

And sometimes just feel the silence.

Swim in the sea.

Feel the sand in your feet.

That’s how it should be.

And dance to that beat.

Lay in the sun.

Feel the heat.

If you want, just run.

In the middle of the street.

Laugh as much as you can.

Feel free in everything you do.

Live life without any plan.

Until the sky turns again blue.

Listen to the sound of nature.

How does it feel?

Every day you get more mature.

It’s not a big deal.

Learn how to be happy every time.

Appreciate all the small things,

Being okay is not a crime.

Get ready, and open your wings.

And if you are ready,

Just fly away.

Now matter how heavy.

You will find your way!

On Saturday there was the Europe Day in Liepaja. You could find lots of special things in the centre of the city. It was very intercultural and I watched some international dances and singings from Ukraine, Russia or even German Folksongs. It was interesting to see all of them performing at the same place, there was a very strong connection between the different cultures and I could really feel it.

I am so happy to experience every day a bit more of Latvia. Every time it’s so special to travel to another city and put my footprint there. I realized that it’s just about the people who are with you. You can feel home everywhere, as long as you have a good connection to  the others. More and more I get on contact with the beautiful nature of this country. Summer is coming very fast, everything is turning green and starts to bloom. I feel like a child climbing the trees and laying in the grass or at the beach. But I am satisfied and happy afterwards.

Aaaaand today I went with Leo to the lake Melnezers to grap some fresh water from a natural source next to the lake. It’s so good! And during the time in the forest I was inspired by the beauty of the nature, so I decided to take some things home and make my own little forest. Here is the result and some other photos:

Just appreciate the nature and everything which is given for free in this beautiful world! 🙂
